Serious Cooking Needs Powerful Extraction

All Lacanche Hoods are powerful extraction systems, featuring variable motor speeds, dishwashable filters and halogen lights. They are of superior construction, high performance, and there is a choice of size and output. For a single motor hood running at full power (1000m3/H) the approximate maximum volume is 56 dba. On level 4 (the most powerful setting) the approximate noise at a distance of 1 metre from a single motor hood is 53 dba; at a distance of 3 metres it is approx 44 dba.

The Lacanche Classic Hood is designed to compliment your Lacanche Range Cooker. Models available in widths to suit all Lacanche cooker sizes, with either single or double motors, in brass or chrome trim. It also boasts the following features –

4 speed electronic control, with timer
halogen lighting
Galvanised steel Filter (dishwasher proof)
Up to 2000m/h dependant on motor choice.

The Brasserie offers high performance extraction with classic style and elegance. Finished by hand in any of the Lacanche colours, the Brasserie is a truly unique extractor. From 90cm – 2.2 metres and the following features –

Grease Filter alarm
