Induction Hobs

The ability to precisely control the power makes induction perfect for all types of cooking. The controls for Miele induction are located under the smooth ceramic surface and require only a gentle touch to operate, and is very easy to keep clean. Other induction function's include, Overheating protection, Auto heat-up and pan size recognition.

Gas Hobs

Miele's gas hobs come in a variety of widths and configurations so you are spoilt for choice. All gas hobs have either a stainless steel trough or a black ceramic glass flush surface and enameled cast iron supports. Miele gas hobs all feature a thermo-electric ignition safety device, auto switch off - after four hours of continuous operation and the flame pattern guarantees even heat distribution.

Ceramic Hobs

Miele ceramic hobs feature auto heat-up, for rapid temperature boost, suitable for preparing a pan of boiling water. The Stop and Go function allows you to leave active hobs unattended for a brief period on a low heat and return to previous setting at the touch of a button. Some hobs feature extended cooking zones, to accomodate oval casserole dishes and fish kettles. These are just some of the features available to Miele's ceramic hobs.

Modular (CombiSet) Hobs

With Miele's CombiSet range of modular hobs you create the cooking environment you need. The range of hob types and sizes means you are spoilt for choice. Miele CombiSet hobs have ergonomic solid stainless steel knobs on an inclined front control panel, together with a small display with indicators for in-operation, temperature reached, booster function, dual-circuit activated and residual heat.
