The model choice offered by Lacanche is wonderfully extensive, full of culinary variety and includes something to suit any size of kitchen. To make choosing a little easier we’ve split the models into three size groups. 1 Metre and below Range Cookers

Cormatin
Even this, the smallest Lacanche cooker is modelled on a bona-fide professional range. The 700mm Cormatin has a single massive 74 litre Oven, versatile Hob and large Storage Drawer.

Rully
The Rully packs a punch well above its modest size. Two ovens serve up 109 litres of cooking capacity and a typically professional gas hob offers excellent performance. The Rully is ideal when space is at a premium, or as a very productive second cooker.

Cluny
One metre wide for a range cooker is fairly typical, but the Cluny is anything but ordinary. A large hob sits above two 55 litre ovens, which in turn sit above two useful storage drawers. The beautiful, simple symmetry of this range remains ever popular.

Cluny Grand Chef
Like the standard Cluny, the Grand Chef also measures a metre wide and features a large gas or electric hob plus two storage drawers. There is however only one oven, but at 137 litres the cooking capacity is absolutely enormous.

Macon
A truly all-round performer, the Macon is capable of prodigious output thanks to its three ovens and professional gas or electric hob. This cooker can be seen working at Spillers and is star of the show for many of our live cooking demonstrations.

Vougeot and Volnay
This Vougeot is still 1000mm wide, but features the larger 74 litre main oven together with a capacious 84 litre Simmering Oven or cupboard. A large drawer offers ample storage. The Volnay is simply the mirror image of the Vougeot.
