The Château range

The Château range of cookers include La Cornue's famous vaulted oven  with its imposing door, a stainless steel hob, the indispensable burner plaque and exclusive professional burners made of solid brass.  The Château  is manufactured in various sizes ranging from the 750mm Castel to the 1800mm Grand Palais.  La Cornue offer a generous options list. Dual-oven models, for example are recommended to be fitted with a gas oven for roasting meat, fish and poultry and an electric oven - whose heating is precise and drier - for baking.
