OVEN MODES

The Aga Total Control has a number of different modes to use which help you tailor your cooking anyway you want. Below a brief explanation of these modes below.

Manual Mode

This mode enables you to turn individual ovens and the hotplates on and off as required with the touch of a button on the new sleek control panel. Hotplates take just 10 minutes to heat up, the roasting oven reaches full temperature in just 30 minutes, the baking oven will achieve full temperature in 22 mins, the simmering oven will achieve full temperature in 35 mins and the whole cooker will take an hour.

Slumber Mode

The Slumber mode maintains all 3 ovens are active whilst on a lower setting, this allows quickk heat up times and that unique Aga background warmth.

Auto/Slumber Mode

This allows you to enjoy the gentle background heat of the Slumber mode, while being able to programe selected areas to be up to full temperature ready for use at their chosen times.

Auto Mode

Allows you to programme selected ovens to be ready to use at your own chosen times.
