Like a giant (and very efficient) battery, this Aga will acquire cheap energy during off peak hours and retain this heat for use later in the day. In common with equivalent oil or gas fired models, the economy Aga will keep the kitchen cosy and be ready to cook at any point during the day - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
